This week is even busier than last week. On top of which I’m already a week behind on my studies. The studies I’ve yet to fully comprehend due to a lack of time ‘orientating’ myself. Questions like, what have I done? Am I crazy attempting to do a Masters on top of everything else? And is this what my tutors mean by ‘self reflection’?

But there is hope. My work requires me to spend the next three weeks in Romania where we’ll be filming. The first 14 days of this we’re quarantining. Or as I’m calling it ‘writer’s retreat’.

What I’m working on is a Wild West themed comedic commercial for a major drinks brand. I’m going to be immersed in cowboy movies and spending my waking hours talking about Wild West characters, locations, costumes and dialogue. What I’m thinking is combine my work and my studies. Watch this space!
